　　工作原理Working Principle
 

　　電磁流量計是基于法拉第電磁感應定律設計的流量測量儀表，主要用于測量導電液體(如污水、酸堿液、水、泥漿等)的體積流量。其核心原理可概括為：導體在磁場中做切割磁感線運動時，會在導體兩端產(chǎn)生感應電動勢。
 

　　Electromagnetic flowmeters are flow measurement instruments designed based on Faraday's law ofeectromagneticinduction,primarily used to measure the volumetric fow of conductive liquids(suchas sewage,acid-base solutions,water,slurry,etc.).Their core principle can be summarized as:when aconductor moves perpendicular to magnetic feld lines(cutting the magnetic flux),an electromotiveforce (EMF)is generated across the two ends of the conductor.

　　襯里材料耐腐蝕性能工作溫度Lining matenalCorrosion resistanceOperating temperature適用范圍Application range氯丁橡膠(Ne)耐一般低濃度酸堿鹽的腐蝕用于工業(yè)用水、污水、低濃度酸破鹽溶液。按要求最大可達95℃。DN50~DN2000可選Ne襯里材料。It can resist the corrosion ofNeoprenelow-concentration acics,0~70℃For industrial water,sewage,and low-concentrationacid-base salt solutions.The maximum temperaturekaliand salscan reach 95℃ as required;DN50-DN2000is availablewith Ne lining material.聚全氟乙丙娜FEP)耐熱、耐腐蝕性好，機械強度高，抗除砂漿等強磨損性介質外的所有流體，可被用于像飲用水場磨損性好，清理表面時不易損壞內(nèi)襯所的衛(wèi)生要求，按要求最大可達180℃.DN6~DN400可選Ithas good heat resistance andFEPcorosion resistance highmechanical strength,excellent-20~180CFEP村里材料。For allfluics except highly abrasine media such as mortar.Itabrasion resistance,and the innermeets the hygienic requirementsfor places like drinking-waterlining is not easily damagedapplications.The maximum temperature can reach 180°Caswhen deaning the surface.required.DN6-DN?00 is available with FEP lining material聚四氟乙端(PTFE)幾乎可耐所有化學介質的腐蝕性，但耐磨損性較差。PTFEIt can resist the corrosion of40~180℃不能用于負壓管道及磨損性較強的流體。DN25-DN1000可選PTFE襯里材質。It cannot be used for negative -pressure pipelinesalmost all chemical media,butand fluids with strong abrasiveness.For DN25-has poor abasion resistance.9DN1000,PTFE lining material is available.
